Emma Eddith Whitlatch, 92, of Farmington, died Wednesday night at Fairmont General Hospital. She was born Sept. 5, 1885 at McCurdysville a daughter of the late Hezekiah Thomas and Emma Minor Lough. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Irene Vandergrift, of Farmington, Mrs. Milton (Juanita) Satterfield, of Kittanning, Pa., and Mrs. William (Joann) Hartzell, of Mesa, Ariz.; one son, George, of Farmington; one sister, Mrs. Georgie Hamilton, of Friendly Homes; five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Five sisters, three brothers, one son and one daughter are deceased.

She was a member of Main Street United Methodist Church at Farmington and a member of the United Methodist Women's Society.

Friends may call at the Lazear and Dent Funeral Home in Farmington, where services will be held Saturday at 1 p.m., with Rev. R. Peter Deane and the Rev. John J. Mobley. Burial will be at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Farmington.

A loving mother and grandmother, as well as an immaculate housekeeper and good cook.
