Memorial visitation Mon., Apr. 16, 3:00 till 9:00 p.m. at the JAY B. SMITH Funeral Home FENTON Chapel, 777 Oakwood Dr. (at Hwy. 141). Mrs. Strang was an avid reader, long time employee of the St. Louis County Library and active with the Girl Scouts. In lieu of flowers, donations preferred to St. Louis County Library Foundation.
