She moved to Cedar City in 1981 with friend Stacy Frost Figgens; they worked at the Brian Head Resort. Labor Day Weekend 1984, She met the love of her Life - Gregory Bartlett who had just moved to Parowan from California with Daughter Jennifer. They were together ever since. (Love at first sight??). She worked at Sullivan's Café and Coleman in Cedar City till 1997, when she took up the offer from husband Greg to be a "Stay at Home Mom" and raise their children, Jennifer Ann, Scott Jacob, and Shelby Lynn And also help run their trucking business, Bartlett Supply Inc.
