Charleene Clift passed away Monday, February 21, 2005, in Oklahoma City.
Funeral was held at 2 p.m. Friday in First Baptist Church of Moore.
Interment was in Resthaven Memory Gardens in Oklahoma City under the direction of Resthaven Funeral Home.
Charleene was born June 28, 1929, in Hollister to Hilton and Vera Brandon. She graduated from Cyril High School in May 1947.
She married Lory Clift on August 30, 1947. They lived in Oklahoma and Texas due to Lory's oil field job. They joined the First Baptist Church as soon as they were settled in each town.
She held several offices in WMU and taught GA's for several years. She also attended Falls Creek Assembly many years as a sponsor and cook. She joined First Baptist Church of Moore in 1981. She worked in the children's resource room and in the 24-hour prayer room for many years until her health caused her to retire. She loved to cook and spend time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
