Johnny Ray Aragon, age 56, passed away on November 14, 2009 at the University of New Mexico Hospital in Albuquerque. Johnny was born on April 2, 1953 in Santa Rosa, NM to the home of Juan and Mary Casaus Aragon.
Johnny Ray attended St. Rose of Lima Catholic School and Santa Rosa High School graduating in 1972. During his his high school years, Johnny played basketball. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, collecting Harley Davidson Memorabilia, and working on his vehicles.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his maternal and paternal grandparents and several uncles and aunts.

Survivors include his children; Carlos Aragon, Brooklyn Aragon and Jennifer Rolly. Also surviving are his Uncle and Aunt; Celso Aragon and Selina Aragon along with numerous cousins and a host of friends.

Rosary services will be held at 7:00 PM Monday, November 16, 2009 at the Chavez Funeral Home Chapel in Santa Rosa, NM. Mass of Christian Burial will be held from the church at 11:00, Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2009 with burial following at El Calvario Cemetery in Puerto De Luna.

Serving as Pallbearers will be; George Dodge, Jr., Eric Aragon, Jr., Steve Chavez, Charlie Chavez, Richard Gutierrez, Jr., and Chio Moncayo.
