He believed in me enough to give me a sales job after working in the office and had a lot of product knowledge. I was very afraid of straight commission sales, but he allowed me to grow my customer base showing me that I could earn more money on straight commission. I was a single mother who was struggling when he hired me in the office. He was a wonderful man to work for and with. I learned so much from him and continued in sales and sales management the rest of my career.
