Fayetteville, Tenn - A funeral for Mrs. Ava Ashby Broadway, 82, who died Monday at Lincoln County Hospital, was to be today at 11 a.m. at Higgins Funeral Home with the Rev. J. Arnold Porter officiating. Burial was to be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
Survivors include a son, A. W. Broadway of Fayetteville; five daughters, Mrs. Muriel Taylor of Lynchburg, Mrs. Louise Bordinaro of Arlington, Tex., Mrs. Maxie Lee Simmons and Miss Alvarine Broadway, both of Memphis, and Mrs. Aline Harris of Nashville; 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
