Beloved son of Vincent E. Machek, Sr. and Aloizia Pavlin/Machek, brother to Louis and Magdaline Machek and father to Gloria, Eugene and Diane Machek. Vincent and his brother Louie ran their father's market in DePue, Illinois, Macheks Market, after their father died. Vincent Jr. lived in DePue all his life, marrying a second time to Frances Lapuh when his first wife, Helen, died. He loved music and taking pictures. Playing the accordion was what he loved. The family had their own band called "Machek's Band" back in the 40's in their home town and played in the small towns all around the area.
