According to a letter dated 7 Aug 2008 from the Catholic Diocese of Pittsburgh, Francis Phillip was born 26 Nov 1905 and was baptized 20 Dec 1905 at St. Charles Parish in Donora, Washington, PA

Death Record indicates he died of Cholera Infantum.

Note: A lot of children who died young were given the diagnosis of Cholera Infantum back in the late 1800s to early 1900s.
