Died at 2:55 a.m. Wednesday at Baton Rouge General Hospital. She was 62 years old, a native and lifelong resident of Walker.

Survivors include her husband, Ralph Blount of Walker; four sons, Troy Blount of Denham Springs; Boyd, Julilus [sic Julius] W. and Harlin Blount, all of Walker; one daughter, Mrs. Elmer Hebert of Walker; three sisters, Mrs. Julia Audiffred and Mrs. Floye Sibley, both of Corbin, and Mrs. Olivia Dipaola of Natalbany; six brothers, Johnny, Haney [sic Hannie] and Willard Stafford of Doyle, Henry Stafford of Denham Springs, Arthur and Brodie Stafford of Corbin; and 21 grandchildren.

She was a member of Walker Baptist Church. The body will be at Hollabaugh-Spindle Funeral Home in Denham Springs until 9:45 a.m. Thursday. Religious services will be held at Walker Baptist Church at 10 a.m. Thursday, conducted by Rev. H. B. Wilkinson. Interment will be in Palmetto Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Roy Cole, V. C. Blount, James Sibley, C. C. Collins, Jerry Sibley and Gerald Stafford.
