Lottie Lee Yancey Arthur, 95, of Beaver, WV died on Wednesday, February 04, 2009 at Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, WV.
Born September 17, 1913 at Hinton, WV she was the daughter of the late Charles Edgar and Mintie Ella (Bennett) Yancey.
Mrs. Arthur was a member of the Beckley Regular Baptist Church and a former member of the Bradley Free Will Baptist Church. She was a homemaker.
Her husband Raymond A. Arthur preceded her in death on December 28, 1984. Four brothers and three sisters also preceded her.
Survivors include one daughter; two sons and one sister.
Also surviving are nine grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
