Dorothy May (Leseman-Wolfram) Koster, age 90, of Cohasset, MN died Wednesday, January 16, 2012 at Grand Itasca Hospital in Grand Rapids, MN.

Dorothy was born in 1922 to Arthur & Minnie Leseman in Northome, MN. She was raised by Bert & Elma Wolfram in Pequot Lakes, MN and was united in marriage to Herbert Koster on July 22, 1940. She lived most of her married life in Pequot Lakes. Herbert preceded her in death in 1978 and she then moved to Cohasset for 5 years, Brainerd for 11 years, and then returned to Cohasset in 1994.

In addition to her husband, Herbert, Dorothy was also preceded by her parents; foster parents; sons, Bert in 1981 and Gerald in 2012; 5 sisters and a brother.

She is survived by a daughter, Garnet (Ken) Strom of Cohasset, MN; son, Gary Koster of Cohasset; 8 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Brainered later in the spring.
