Jaslynn Elizabeth May, 6 weeks, of Lancaster, Pa., died Friday, Aug. 28, 2009, at Children's Hospital in Philadelphia.
She was born in Lancaster, daughter of Lynda E. May.
Survivors include her mother; two sisters, Alexis and Mekenzie May; a maternal grandmother, Traci Palmer; and a maternal grandfather, Abram Horst, all of Lancaster and formerly of the Cape Girardeau area.
She was preceded in death by a maternal stepgrandfather, William Sherman.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to service time Friday at Kearney A. Snyder Funeral Home, 141 E. Orange St., Lancaster, PA 17602.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Lancaster Evangelical Free Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to the funeral home to help pay for funeral costs.
