ZUMSTEIN, RUBY BLAKE, 87, of Panama City, Fla., formerly of the Pine Orchard Community, died Dec. 27 in Panama City. She was a member of the Pine Orchard Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Jessie Robinson and Joseph E. Zumstein.
She is survived by her daughter, Betty Y. Masaitis of Pensacola, Fla.; grandchild, Rana J. Penn of Panama City and great-grandchildren Alex and Mia Penn.
The family will receive friends Friday, Jan. 3, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at the Pine Orchard Baptist Church. Graveside services will follow in Pine Orchard Cemetery.
