Thelma, the daughter of Houston and Nellie Whitney Moore, was born April 30, 1913, in Peducah, Ky. She was an active and devout member of Haltom City Assembly of God, where she played the organ and taught Bible studies. She was preceded in death by her husband, Willard Davis, in 1985.
Survivors, Son, Willard Allen "Al" Davis and wife, Jan; daughters, the Rev. Nell Jerene Kay and Janis Darlene Burnett and husband, Cecil; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; brother, Cecil Moore; and sisters, Opal Flippin and Doris Klien.
