Inman - Mrs. Mary Harley Culbreth, 96, of 51 North Main Street, Inman, but formerly of 251 Culbreth Road, Inman, passed away Monday, May 7, 2007, at Inman Health Care. Mrs. Culbreth was born in Holly Springs, S.C., on August 25, 1910, the daughter of the late Broadus Furman and Sally (Bruce) Harley, and was the widow of James Barney Culbreth. She was a member of Holly Springs Baptist Church, and was the owner/operator of Culbreth Cleaners.
Mrs. Culbreth is survived by a son, Bobby Culbreth, and his wife, Faye Garrison, of Inman; two daughters, Patsy Sheheen and her husband, Aurthor "Mac," of Columbia, S.C., and Linda Talley of Greer; and four sisters, Thelma Duncan of Greer, Virginia Smith of Inman, and Kathryn Belmont and Cornelia Greshan, both of Spartanburg, along with eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a brother, Broadus Harley Jr.; three sisters, Willie Crim, Florence Kitchens, and Ruth Walden; and two grandchildren, Renee Culbreth and Matthew Sheheen. Funeral services will be held at Holly Springs Baptist Church at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 11, 2007, with Dr. Tim Clark officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour before the service, at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Holly Springs Baptist Church Bus Fund, 251 Hannon Road, Inman, SC 29349, or Annie Armstrong Mission Fund, North American Mission Board, P.O.
