Mrs. Mildred Wall Crosby of the Kensington area of Georgetown area of Georgetown County died a Georgetown County Memorial Hosptial Sunday. She had been in ill health for several years and seriously ill for the past eight months.

Funeral services were held Tuesday in the Frist Baptist Church. Officiating were the pastor Rev. J. M. Kirkland and the Rev. Isaac C. Vasser, pastor of Screven Baptist Church. Burial was in Elmwood Cemetery Annex under the direction of Mayer Funeral Home.

Mrs. Crosby, daughter of the late Albert Wall and the late Mrs. Lillie Thomas Wall was born February 5, 1905 in Savannah Georgia. She was reared in that area; but made her home in Georgetown for a number of years where she was active in civic and church affairs as long as her health permitted. She was also a member of the Eastern Star, and the Daughters of the Nile, The Business and Professional Women's Club had honored her with life membership.

Survivors include her husband Clifford C. (Pat) Crosby Sr. of Georgetown a son Clifford C. Crosby Jr of Georgetown two daughters Mrs. M. E. Nesmith and Mrs. Frank A. De Meuse of Albany Georgia several grandchildren; a brother Albert Wall Sr of Savannah; and three sisters Mrs. Ed Ogletree, Mrs. Catherine W. Barnes, and Mrs. C. H. Radford all of Savannah; and several nieces and nephews.
