Susan Marie Ashcraft lost her nearly yearlong battle with cancer Monday, May 25, 2009. She was 52.
A native of Modesto, Ms. Ashcraft was born Nov. 4, 1956. She had lived in Paloma for three years.
She is survived by her parents, Eddie and Arlene Ashcraft of Paloma; son Dustin Menegazzi of Paloma; aunts and uncles Sandra and Mariano Valenzuela of Escalon, Jim and Sue Cloward of Modesto, Judy Cloward of Pleasanton, Jim and Margaret Ashcraft of Arkansas, Nancy and Larry Mullins of Alabama and Gina Woods of Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by brother Kenny Ashcraft; uncle George Cloward; and both grandparents.
No services will be held. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Amador & Calaveras.
