She was born near Hillsdale and was united in marriage to Henry Deabenderfer who was born and raised near Smithport, this county. The family has resided in the west for a number of years. Nephews and nieces of the deceased residing in the vicinity are: Bert Deabenderfer, White township; William D. Deabenderfer, Indiana; Abraham Deabenderfer of near Blairsville; Mrs. Ellen Powell of Arcadia; Mrs. S.J. Getty of town. Mr. and Mrs. Getty visited the Deabenderfer family in the west a year ago.
