3795935 Private Larry James MacLennan, 8th Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment Age 21 from Melbourne VIC. MacLennan and six other members of his platoon were killed with another 13 wounded, when a friendly engineers party accidentally detonated an M16 mine in Phuoc Tuy on 28th February 1970.
