Roda Rebecca Barr(1839) m C C "Charlie" Adams(1843) both born in GA. Had 6 children: Allice(1868) m Tompkins in GA, Eula(1870)m JW Coston in AL, Zela(1872)m York in GA, Charlie(1874)m ? in TX, Benjamin(1876)m Ludie Rhodes TX,& Johnnie(1879) ? . Rebecca's parents from NC, Charlie's from GA - father might have come from SC. Charlie originally from Talbot area, but they lived in Cutberth area when Rebecca died sometime just after 1880 census. She supposedly buried in Macon, GA but I've found no record. Charlie left older daughters in GA with relatives and took young sons by wagon to TX. I am looking for her parents and other ancestors.
