A choice daughter of our Father in Heaven was born June 7, 1916, in Riverdale, Idaho. She was raised by a loving mother and father. She had five sisters and four brothers whom she loved dearly.
Education was very important to her. Working hard at her profession, she was a wonderful registered nurse for many years. She worked hard and dedicated her life to helping others. But most of all she loved serving the Lord.
For almost 50 years she lived in Fairbanks, Alaska, helping to build the first LDS church there. She welcomed many apostles and future prophets into her home. Blanche was a very spiritual woman who inspired everyone she knew.
She was proceeded in death by her mother and father, four sisters and four brothers, who greeted her with open arms. Surviving and missing her is her only daughter, Pauline; her grandchildren, Robert and Andrea Davis, Nathan and Casey Davis, Samantha Davis and Stefanie Davis; and great-grandchildren, Courtney and Gabriel Davis, Donovin and Leland Davis and Cambria Davis. She is also survived by her sister, Portia Hull.
Blanche was the perfect example of what a daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother should be. She will be greatly missed by all!
Funeral services will be held at noon on Saturday, March 11, at the Foothill 1st Ward chapel, 1450 E. 1500 North, Logan. A viewing will be held from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. prior to services at the church. Interment will be in the Riverdale City Cemetery, Idaho.
