Funeral Honors Sindy Swain
Funeral services were conducted Thursday of last week in the Vernal Second Ward at 11 a.m. for Sindy Swain, 13 day old daughter of H. Karl and Linda Gunnell Swain.
Bishop E. Joseph Winder conducted the services. Clifford Richards gave the prayer at the mortuary. Lynne Frensom played prelude and postlude music. Mathew Foley gave the Invocation.
"YOUR SWEET Little Rosebud Has Left You" was sung by Paul and Pat Jensen, accompanied by Lynne Francon. Bishop Winder gave the obituary and remarks.
Speakers were Conrad Evans and President Orlo Goodrich of the Uintah Stake Presidency, Katheryn Day played a medley of songs on the violin, accompanied by Pat Jensen.
Mr. and Mrs. Jensen sang, "Suffer the Little Children to Come Unto Me", Glade Southam gave the benediction.
LLOYD SWAIN dedicated the grave, Interment wast in the Vernal Memorial Park Cemetery.
Among those attending from out of town were Mrs. G. A. Gunnell and sons, Scott and Todd, Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Richards and Mr. and Mrs. Bill Richards, Ogden; Mrs. LeRoy Huffaker and two children, Jerilyn and Shelby of Bountiful.
