Audrey M. Park, 83, passed away peacefully on Good Friday, April 10, 2009, surrounded by her children.
She was born February 13, 1926 to the late Elmer and Camilla Rumley.

She married Keith G. Park on September 13, 1947 and they enjoyed 57 years of marriage until Keith's death on March 16, 2005.

Audrey retired from the St. Clair County Department of Social Services and after retirement she and Keith spent 20 wonderful years of retirement in Fort Myers, Florida, where they enjoyed boating, traveling and playing cards with their many dear friends.

Before retirement Audrey was involved in many community events such as the St. Ann's Altar Society at St. Stephen's Church, Questors with the Port Huron Museum, past president of the League of Women Voters and was a coach for the Port Huron Hockeyettes, girls hockey association.

She was preceded in death by her husband; a son, Douglas K. Park; a sister, Barbara Saunders; and a brother, Grant Rumley.

Audrey's outgoing personality, kind heart and loving ways will be deeply missed by her three children, Kathleen (Chris) Buell of Atlanta, GA, Charles (Diane) Park of Land O' Lakes, FL, and Jacquelyn (Steven) DeLacy of North Street, and her grandchildren, Andrew Buell of Atlanta, GA, Jill (Todd) Spilliards of Monroe, GA, and Lanie Repp of Boca Raton, FL. She is also survived by sisters, H. Patricia DeLaney of Fort Gratiot, Dr. Jacqueline and Dr. Harold Jellinek of Chevy Chase, MD, Suzanne Rumley of Marysville, and Mary Rumley of Burtchville; brother, James (Marilyn) Rumley of Port Huron; brother-in-law, William Saunders of Port Huron; sister-in-law, Barbara Rumley of Fort Gratiot; and many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will take place at a later date.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Blue Water Hospice.
