Betty Isabelle Kersch Steed

Born January 27, 1921 in Ogden, Utah to Mary Toss Wheat and Albert Andrew Kersch passed away Monday, March 10, 2008 of Congestive Heart Failure, at the age of 87.

Married to Franklin Oliver Steed in October 1940. Retired from Mountain Bell in 1978.

Betty played piano and the organ, was an avid jigsaw puzzle enthusiast, and award winning crocheter who loved to travel and garden.

Preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother Lincoln and sister Dorothy, daughter Joy Farr, and three grandchildren. Survived by her daughter Betsy (Lew) Ison of Woods Cross; six grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
