Ruth is the daughter of John Enos Sr. and Elva L (Hubbard) Albert. Ruth attended school at Lakeview and high school at Stephen Decatur before Warrensburg High School was built. She also attended Millikin University. She married James Robert Albin on January 29, 1921 at her home north of Warrensburg, IL. They had two children: Marilyn N (Bankson) and George R Albin. James and Ruth, like their parents, were farmers and spent years farming north of Warrensburg in Austin Township until when after the death of James, in 1965, Ruth purchased a lot in Warrensburg and built a home there.
