Thanks very much to fellow FindAGrave member Edna Edwards who attempted to photograh Daniel's headstone on 17 Nov 2012. Unfortunately, she was unable to find the headstone. I don't know what source the original creator of this memorial had when they created it (the memorial was later transferred to me), but I can attest that Daniel's death certificate indicates that he indeed was buried in this cemetery. (See attached image of death certificate). Many thanks to everyone for their assistance.
