Virginia Hagerty Kinsey, 92, passed away on Monday, July 16, 2007. She was born in West Virginia to Charles and Loraine Hagerty. Virginia was a homemaker for many years in San Angelo, Texas, and she was one of the oldest members of the First Baptist Church in San Angelo. Her husband, Ed Kinsey; her sister, Mary K. Hunt; and her brother, Homer Hagerty, preceded her in death. She is remembered by the family who loved her, her sister, Peggy Hamby of Encinitas, Calif.; son Richard Ed "Rick" Kinsey and wife Michele of San Marcos; daughter Kay Kinsey Bounds and husband Ronnie of Victoria; grandsons Paul Lane and wife Pam, Brian Lane and wife Tracy, and Nathan Ed Kinsey; and five great-grandchildren. She loved all her many nieces and nephews. Graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, July 20, in The Chapel in the San Marcos Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care and guidance of Pennington Funeral Home, 323 N. Comanche, San Marcos, TX 78666, (512) 353-4311.
