Norma Jean Baker, 71, of Front Street, Marietta, died Monday (Oct. 25, 2004).
She was born May 16, 1933, in Marietta, a daughter of Harry and Beulah McIntosh Neville. She had made her home in Cleveland before returning to Marietta in 1992. She had attended Marietta High School and enjoyed cooking and baking.
She is survived by her sons, Glen, Ralph and Roger Daugherty; her daughters, Connie Mullins and Bobby Jo Baker; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two sisters, Marlene Lowther and Maxine Mackey of Marietta; and one brother, Roger Ray Neville of Apache Junction, Ariz.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Joseph Baker; her parents; one son, James Daugherty; one daughter, Shannon Jo Sanders; and three brothers.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with interment in Oak Grove Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 p.m. today until the hour of the services at the funeral home.
