Debbie Ann Charon

CLINTON -- On December 3, 2008, my beautiful, beautiful wife, Debbie A. Charon, passed away at home with her family by her side, after a most valiant fight against breast cancer.

Debbie was born June 18, 1954 to Wayne and Ann Dana, and has been a lifelong resident of Ogden, Roy, and Clinton.

On November 22, 1991, she married the love of her life, Bob Charon. She graduated from Ben Lomond High School and the Brymans School. She was a dedicated and loyal employee for more than 25 years; the last six years at the Flying J Corporate office and Transportation Alliance Bank.

Debbie's smile was as bright as the sunniest day; her heart as big as can be imagined. She enjoyed camping, shopping with her daughter and traveling with her husband. Debbie loved all of the holidays and spent them with family; especially Christmas. Her special friends, Sandy, Carol and Debbie meant more to her than words can say, but her greatest joy in life was her beautiful granddaughters: Emma, Kaylee and Chandler.

She is survived by her husband, Bob; daughter, Angie (Jason) Kinnersley; son, Adam Ogden; daughter, Stacey (Rick) Zucchero; son, Adam Charon; her brother, Gary Dana; sister, Sally (Paul) Dana; her three granddaughters; her nieces and nephew and their spouses and children; and her special little dog, Honey. Debbie was preceded in death by her father, mother, daughter, Tami, and her "Budsto."

Funeral services will be held Friday, December 5, 2008 at 11 a.m. at Myers Roy Mortuary Chapel, 5865 South 1900 West. Family and friends may call on Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at the mortuary and on Friday from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment, Washington Heights Memorial Park.

The family would like to thank Dr. Carl Gray and his staff for the special care they gave Debbie, as well as Applegate Hospice—Thanks so much!
