She enjoyed life and she loved people, but in the end, she just wanted to settle in a place she could call her own. She moved from Missouri to Milwaukee to Chicago to Atlantic City.
She never stopped being a southern girl, though, and her greatest joy was going back to Missouri to spend time with her "only" sister Mary. She didn't find out till her latter days that she had many half-brothers and half-sisters from her father's side of the family.
She left this world at peace with her life, and she left 3 sons and 2 daughters to mourn her passing.
