Oakdale — Funeral services for Bernard Lee Campbell, 80, were to be at 4 p.m. today in the Mt. Vernon Baptist Church with the Rev. Alfred Obanion officating. Burial was to be in Cryer Cemetery under the direction of Hixson Bros. Funeral Home of Alexandria.
Mr. Campbell died at 5:30 a.m. Thursday in Oakdale General Hospital.
Survivors are one son, Ocie Lee Campbell of Guatemala; one daughter, Mrs. Aster Lee Matthews of Oadkale; three brothers, Levi Campbell of Kinder and Ewell Campell of Forest Hill; three sisters, Mrs. Nancy Fruge of Oakdale, Mrs. Rachel Smith of Melder, and Mrs. Mary Curtis of Lecompte, and five grandchildren.
