Billie Jo McDearmon McCreight, 77, of Fort Worth died Wednesday, December 3, 2008, in Fort Worth. Billie Jo was born June 7, 1931 in McKinney, Texas the daughter of Willie Cecil and Edrey Moore McDearmon. She grew up in Hillsboro. On October 2, 1948 she married Joe McCreight and he preceded her in death on July 7, 2006. She worked as a hairdresser and homemaker and loved to cook. She was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church in White Settlement. Also preceding her in death were her parents; brother, Kenneth McDearmon; two sisters, Barbara Jean Christian and Esteline McDearmon; and niece, Barbara Ann McDearmon. Survivors include her children, Keith McCreight of Fort Worth and Gay Pfitzinger and husband, David, of Weatherford; 4 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and other nieces, nephews, and family members.
