Neville Funeral at Byron Tomorrow
Funeral services for Dan Neville, who passed away at his home in Lovell early Monday evening, will be held in the Byron Ward chapel at 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 11. Burial will be made in the Byron cemetery.
Dan Neville was a prominent sheepman of the Big Horn basin for a number of years. He moved to Lovell about a year ago after buying a home here, and turning over the active management of his livestock interests to his sons.
He had hoped to recuperate from his failing health, but suffered recurring attacks of pneumonia and complications which caused his hospitalization last month. After returning to his home he continued to fail and was bedfast during his last days.
He is survived by his wife, Kate Heasler Neville, and nine children. His first wife preceded him in death 15 years ago. The children are: Mrs. Willard Rhoads and Mrs. Jack Richards, both of Cody; Joe Neville and Mrs. Robert Olson of Lovell; Second Lieut. Don Neville of the intelligence department of the Army Air Corps somewhere in the southwest Pacific; Keith Neville, who resides on a ranch near Byron; Ted Neville, who is at Sheppard Field, Texas, taking glider pilot training; Dick Neville, who is in the Marines at Oceanside, Calif., and Stella Beryl Clark
