GALLUP — Rosary and Mass for Mary Ann Anderson, 51 will be at 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 21 at St. Francis Church in Gallup. Rev. Patrick will officiate. Burial will follow at Sunset Cemetery in Gallup.
Anderson died Oct. 12, 2008 in Phoenix. She was born April 5, 1957 in Gallup.
She was a Gallup High graduate and lifelong resident of Gallup. She enjoyed basketball and in high school she received many awards for softball and basketball. She enjoyed making people laugh, fishing and watching the Dallas Cowboys. She worked for her brother's cleaning business.
Survivors include her brothers Jay Anderson, William Anderson, Edward Anderson Jr., all of Gallup; sisers Caroline Diane McCreight, Shirley Mae Paradise, Susie Anderson, all of Gallup and many neices and nephews.
She was preceded in death by mother Odesbah Dorothy Anderson, father Edward Anderson Sr.; brothers Thomas Arviso, Eddie Arviso Sr.; sister Rosemary Babe Chino.
Pallbearers will be Edward Anderson Jr., John Anderson, Matthew McCreight, William Anderson, John Wesley paradis and Robert Romero.
The family will receive friends and relatives at the First Church of the Nazarene in Gallup.
