MRS. WILLIAM VERINK AND HENRY VERINK, BOTH DEAD.

Mrs. William Verink Passes Away at Lettsville and Her Brother-in-Law, Henry L. Verink, Dies at Springfield, Mo., on Same Day.

That two deaths in one day in one family had occurred, was the sad tidings received in the city yesterday, when news of the death of Henry L. Verink, of Springfield, Mo. and Mrs. William Verink [nee Mary Ann Conlon], of Lettsville, a sister-in-law, was received here.

Mrs. William Verink, the wife of Henry Verink's brother, William, passed away at noon yesterday at her home in Letts, death being due to a complication of diseases. Mrs. Verink was born in Cedar township and had lived all her life in this county. She is mourned by her husband and two brothers. The funeral will be held Monday morning at 10 o'clock at the Oak Grove church in Cedar township. A full obituary will be published later."

The funeral of Mrs. William Verink, who died at her home in Letts on Saturday, was held at 10 o'clock this morning from the Oak Grove church in Cedar county, and was attended by a large number of sorrowing relatives and friends.

The funeral of her brother-in-law, Henry Verink, who died at Springfield, Mo., on the same date, took place at 2 o'clock on Sunday afternoon, burial being made at Springfield, Mo." END
