Artley K. Garrett, 70. of Route 8 in the Beulah community, died Friday at his residence. Mr. Garret was a native and lifelong resident of Escambia County, a member of the Beulah Baptist Church, a member of East Hill Masonic Lodge No. 110 and a retired civil service employee at Naval Air Station. Survivors include two daughters, Lauretta Roberts of Crestview and Gloria Bansemer of San Diego, Calif.; a son, Robert H. Garrett of Dallas, Tex.; a brother, Dewev Garrett of Beaumont, Tex.; a sister, Frances Brewton of Pensacola, and eight grandchildren. Burial will be at Beulah Cemetery with masonic services at graveside
