Sarah went by the name of Sally for most of her life. Her sisters called her Sadie. Her grandchildren called her Mama Sal, and others in the family, liking that name, also used it. She was a charming and sophisticated lady, and also tough: You couldn't put anything over on Mama Sal! She raised three beautiful daughters, Carol, Barbara and Antoinette (Toni.)
