Mrs. Cheatham was born October 19, 1934 in Frostproof, FL. to Elijah and Mary Lou (Wise) Lamb. Mrs. Cheatham was a lifetime resident of Polk County, a member of the First Baptist Church of Auburndale and loved to care for other people. She retired as a bookkeeper for several churches.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters and 1 brother: Mrs. Cheatham is survived by her loving and devoted family: 1 son: Robert (Jill) Cheatham of Lakeland, FL., 1 brother: Troy Lamb of Lake Wales, FL., 3 granddaughters: Blair (Eric) Reisinger of Sarasota, FL., Brittany Cheatham of Lakeland, FL., Kristyn Cheatham of Lakeland, FL.

Graveside services will be held 11:15 AM Friday, November 14, 2008 at the Auburndale Memorial Park, 1889 W. Derby Ave., Auburndale. Visitation will be held before graveside service Friday, November 14, 2008 from 10:00 till 11:00 AM at the Kersey Funeral Home, 108 E. Lake Stella Dr., Auburndale.
