He is survived by his wife Flossie, of the home; sons Lewis Lee Bethel, Gordon Bethel and Corky Bethel all of Oklahoma City stepsons Jimmy Bledsoe of Moore, and Tom Howell of Minn; stepdaughter Jeane McWhirter of Oklahoma City; Sisters Juanita Hughes of Oklahoma City, Leoma Courange of Enid; and Leon Glosop of Del City; 17 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
