Former Big Horn resident William J. Beld, 21, died of natural causes Aug. 20, at his Vienna, S.D. residence.
He was born Nov. 3, 1973, in Sheridan to Rick and Louise (Lehtola) Beld.
He was raised and educated in Big Horn, graduating from Big Horn High School in 1992.
He was a lifelong member of the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church.
He enjoyed the outdoors and the mountains, and spending time with other Christians.
He was working as a carpenter for Homola Construction at the time of his death.
He is survived by his parents of Big Horn; two brothers, Richard and Gary Beld of the family home; three sisters, Sonia, Sarah and Sandra Beld, all of Sheridan; and grandparents, John and Irma Beld of Sheridan, and Lillian Lehtola of Lake Norden, S.D.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church, with Bob Rosenlund officiating. Burial will be in the Mount Hope Cemetery in Big Horn.
Ferries Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

He was the grandson of Irma Komm Beld(31279367)who is buried in the Mt. Hope cemetery also.
