Passes Saturday
Night, Riverview
Following a short illness, death came Saturday night to Mrs. Cecil Dunn, 29, at her home in Riverview. Funeral services were conducted Monday afternoon from the Baptist Churcch, Revs. J. O. Colley and T. C. Weaver, officiating.
Ms. Dunn, before her marriage, was Miss Allie Mae Koon. she has lived in this commmunity all her life and was a member of the Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husbnd, Cecil Dunn, daughter, Marie, and many relatives and a host of friends. Johnson and Co., undertakers, were in charge.
Out of town relatives attending the funeral were, Mrs. Bob Hastey and Mrs. Joe Thompson, of Sylacauga; Mr. and Mrs. Neily McCain of Columbus; Mrs. Henry Sparks and Dan, Mrs. Grady Byrd, Mrs. T. L. Aaron and Mrs. Bessie Smith, of Langdale; Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Wadkins and Mr. and Mrs. Loren Aaron, of Lanett.
