Sylvester Bartlett is the son of: Sterling Bartlett 1807-1889 and Olive [nee] Bartlett Bartlett 1813-aft 1900.

He served in the Civil War as a Union soldier, in the 18th US Inf. Co.C. 2nd Battalion and enlisted on Aug 27, 1861.

To the best of my knowledge Sylvester never married or I have been unable to locate any documentation to verify a marriage.
