Minnie May, daughter of John and Lucrecia Bennett, was born July 4, 1894 in Dallas County and died August 12, 1990 at her home in Lebanon. On Feb 28, 1910, she was united in marriage to William "Bill" Burns at the home of M.G. Hoover. To this union one son, John, was born. Minnie was a member of the Bennett Springs Church of God.
Bill preceded her in death on July 11, 1967. She was also preceded by three sisters, Edith, Josie and Italy, and three brothers, Willie, Sherman and Boyd (should be Boy). Minnie is survived by her son John and a grandson, Bob, both of Lebanon, four great-grandchildren....."
