Augustus Allen Young, 86, resident of Wichita Falls for 45 years, died Wednesday in a hospital here.
Services are pending at Owens & Brumley Funeral Home.
Young was born Feb. 26, 1883 in McGregor, TX. He was retired grocer.
Survivors included six daughters, Mrs. F.L. Hall of Chico, TX., Mrs. D,B. Kirby of Novice, TX., Mrs. Robert M. Walker Jr. and O.D. Skinner, both of Wichita Falls, Mrs. V. B. Ritchie of Orlando FL., and Mrs. John L. Kennedy of Knoxville, Tenn.; three sons, George A, and Augustus Allen Young Jr., both of Wichita Falls and Frank A. Young of Lemon grove, Calf.; and three brother, John of Fort Worth, Henry of Kerrville, TX., and Robert of Claude, TGX.
The family will be at 2404 Ruskin.
