Bruce Holbrook, age 53, of Elliott County, passed away at the Saint Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead.
Mr. Holbrook was born in Elliott County, to the late Eddie Ray and Ruth Mattlene Lyons Holbrook.
Bruce was an employee of Sealmaster Corporation, where he worked as a machine operator. He was of the Freewill Baptist faith.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Paul Holbrook, Dennis Holbrook and James Eddie Holbrook.
He is survived by his wife of eight years, Cheryl Viars Holbrook; one son and daughter-in-law, Daniel and Georgetta Holbrook of Olive Hill; two daughters and one son-in-law, Margina and Jim Justice of Salt Lick, and Marquita Holbrook of Morehead; one step-son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Hannah Clark of Olive Hill; one step-daughter, Alicia Clark of Olive Hill; eleven grandchildren; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Bud and Mary Holbrook of Wapakoneta, Ohio, Charles and Joyce Holbrook, Kenneth and Kathy Holbrook all of Olive Hill, Keith and Tina Holbrook of Morehead; six sisters and brothers-in-law, Eva Mae and John White of Mice, Mississippi, Maudie and Vernon Gilbert, Louise and Dorsey Middleton, all of Olive Hill, Maxine and Terry Harris of Grayson, Pam and David Egleston of Morehead, and Lisa and Dallas Middleton of Olive Hill. He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and friends who will sadly miss him.
Bruce died of a Heart Attack.
