James B. Hunt, 81 years old, who settled on a farm near Britton in 1889, and who was one of the pioneer settlers of Oklahoma county, died yesterday morning in his home, 2200 W. 11th street. Funeral services will be held at the home at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon. Burial will be made in Fairlawn cemetery. Rev. H.B. Urch will officiate.
Mr. Hunt came to Oklahoma from Illinois. He established himself on a farm near Britton and remained there until four years ago when he moved to Oklahoma City. He is survived by his widow and one grandson, Jesse D. Hunt, of Oklahoma City. (THE OKLAHOMAN)
