She was born January 23, 1959, in Staunton, a daughter of the late Betty Jean Garrison. She attended the Mountain View Mennonite Church in Lyndhurst, had been employed as a secretary at Chester's Law Firm and loved majorettes and beauty pageants.
In additions to her mother, she was also preceded in death by her husband, James Bell.
Survivors include a brother, Michael Garrison and his fiance', Mary Smith, of Staunton; aunt and uncle, Melvin and Carolyn Rexrode, cousins, Marvin and Jean Henderson; special cousins, Everett Eutsler and his wife, Kathy; their daughter, Elizabeth Eutsler; and a number of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Monday, June 16, 2008, at Augusta Memorial Park conducted by Bobby Campbell. Friends and family are asked to meet at the cemetery.
There will be no formal visitation.
