He is predeceased by his Grand Parents, Alexander & Ida Mae Barton Lolley, his parents, Thrasher and Bessie Lee Lolley Hand, and a brother, Herman E. Hand. The funeral service was held at 4:00 pm at the East Point Cemetery, East Point, Florida. A native of East Point, Fl., he had lived in Homerville, Ga., for fifteen years. He was an Army Veteran of World War II. His occupation had been construction work, and heavy equipment operator. He was a member of the Church of God. He is survived by a brother, Herbert Hand, a native of East Point, Fl. Herbert and his wife, Betty Jean Turman Hand, now live in Nederland, Texas. Claude is also survived by five children, several nephews, nieces and many cousins.
