Winona is one of four children born to Jesse Franklin & Elizabeth Rachel Elledge Walsh. Siblings were Katrina, Faynetta & Maurice. Winona married Joseph Karl Neukam and they had four children, Judith, Jennifer, Ronald & Randall. After Joseph's death in 1960 Winona married Albert Nelson Cogan, 01 Jun 1968 in Sycracuse, New York.
